WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I fully understand that my participation in playing pickleball on the property of South Bay, Los Angeles, CA exposes me to the risk of personal injury, death, or property damage. I hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating and agree to assume any such risks. I hereby release South Bay Pickleball League, its organizers, officers, and volunteers from any injury or damage arising out of my participation. I will abide by the League's Code of Conduct and all applicable laws. The League does not provide accident, medical, or liability insurance for participants.
